Your membership is billed monthly. You'll be charged on the same date each month until you cancel.

Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?

Yes! You can pause your membership temporarily to stop billing. Choose to pause indefinitely (resume manually) or set an automatic resume date (30, 60, or 90 days). No charges occur while paused.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How many classes can I book at once?

This depends on your membership type. Standard members can pre-book up to 2 future classes at any time, while Premium members can pre-book up to 4 future classes. Once you attend a class, you can book another.

What happens if I miss a class?

We appreciate if you can cancel your booking if you can't attend, so others can take your spot. There's no penalty for missing a class.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the current billing period, and your next bill will reflect the new membership rate.
